To prevent incidental charges, we also provide a complimentary site survey with no obligations. Our surveyors are skilled and have the necessary experience to provide you with an accurate assessment.
For an estimate, a full 15-footer truckload of items would cost about S$480, and this includes dismantling and assembly of furniture, full protective wrapping of furniture, and provision of boxes. We also offer office moving services for half truck loads of items, which start from S$200 onwards.
There will be no hidden charges involved in our office moving services. Rest assured that we provide a strictly fixed fee.
Yes, our office movers carry public liability insurance. Our office moving services can also come with insurance coverage as an add-on option.
Office Moving Process & Duration
Ideally, we suggest booking for office moving services two months before your move date.
In the worst-case scenario, at least four weeks before. However, as you only have a month or less before your move, you will have a limited choice of moving companies as most office movers in Singapore are booked two to three months prior.
There are also exceptions. During the off-season, you should be able to book a reliable office moving company 1-2 weeks in advance.
If possible, we advise you to book office relocation services earlier just to stay on the safe side.
For a full truckload of items, it will typically take about 3-4 hours for our office movers to complete everything.
This duration includes the following:
- Dismantle and pack the items
- Load them up onto the truck
- Travel to the destination
- Assemble and place items
For bigger offices, it will take a whole day to complete (9 am to 6 pm.) These cases usually take 3-4 truckloads.

Our office moving services quote is an all-inclusive quote. This means all packing materials, such as boxes, tape, and bubble wrap, will be provided. Our professional movers will also dismantle, re-assemble, and provide protective wrapping for your items and furniture.
